This is not a folk music album, but as before, I would like to share a wonderful musical material from a very interesting musical era for me, where the Renaissance bids farewell to us and gives way to the Baroque. And for this symbolic ceremony, the viola da gamba family of instruments provides beautiful, solemn music. John Dowland (2 Jan. 1563 - 20 Feb. 1626) lived and created during this era. In a year, it will be the 400th anniversary of his death.
